What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We do not offer refund or exchanges for canceled orders. If you cancel your special occasion order 7 days prior to the pickup date we offer in-store credit. For wedding orders we need at least a month's notice to offer a full credit.
What happens if I miss my pickup date?
If you miss your pickup date, don't worry! We will keep your cake for 3 business days after your pickup date and give you a call letting you know we still have it. If you call to reschedule pickup we may be able to keep your cake longer, but if we are unable to contact you, we will dispose of your cake after 3 days.
How far in advance do I need to put in an order?
Our Signature and Seasonal Collections are available same day with minimum 3 hours notice. Any of our other website designs are available with three business days' notice. We generally ask that custom orders be placed 2 weeks in advance, but depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your order!
How do I put in a custom order?
We no longer take custom order in-store, so if you're looking to order a custom cake, please email us a picture of the design that you're looking for, or fill our our request a quote form! Please include the date you will need to pickup the cake and the approximate guest count. We will get back to you in 1-2 business days with a quote, and if you have more questions, don't hesitate to give us a call!
